Our strict cancellation policy will be implemented for online and over-the-phone bookings. A confirmation email, and text reminder will be sent 2 days, and 3 hours before your appointment. A credit card must be held on file to secure your appointment. My Beautique will never charge the existing card on file unless there is a late cancellation notice, or a no-show appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Late Cancellations
A 50% fee of your booked service will be charged in case of a late cancellation within 24 hrs.
No-Shows
A 100% fee of your booked service will be charged in case of a no-show.
